Inspirational Leadership

For the past 30 years there has been increasing amounts of data to suggest that leadership has a lot more to do with inspiration and vision, rather than straightforward technical competence. Leadership is now recognized as a transferable skill that may be developed by continuous learning and development throughout a person’s career. Managers demand inspirational leaders who win not only results but also the trust and respect of their team members. This one -day workshop is designed for line managers and team leaders who have management or supervisory experience but who wish to develop their leadership skills. The objective of the program is to develop the role and practical skills of managers to enable them to become inspiring and successful leaders.
