This writing program is for officers who communicate with customers over email messages and letters and wants to create positive customer impressions and relationships through the way they write. In the 2-day program for Writing Skills participants learn to develop a service mindset when analyzing customer communications. Putting themselves in their customer’s state of mind, they will identify the customer concerns, expectations and needs effectively. They learn to apply techniques and tools to improve the quality and conciseness of their customer writing. Most importantly, they will be able to address customer issues in a sensitive yet professional manner so that customers feels important and appreciated and their messages and feedback have been received, addressed and attended to. This following program will be delivered by Ms Vaani Thiagarajan being acquainted with various industries in local and international market for 20 years has equipped Vaani the knowledge to handle most circumstances with tact and total professionalism. She hosted Olympics 2008 on ASTRO, presented news for a private TV channel in the UK and conducted interviews with prominent personalities and politicians.
